Stamped and embrolled rolling bearing cage

Description

The Rotomove is a highly dynamic rotary index head for stamping and embrolling round sheet metal parts such as rolling bearing cages.

A servo rotary axis rotates the sheet metal part. The servo stroke axis lifts the sheet metal part from the die and lowers it again after the rotary movement.

When the sheet metal part is finished stamping and embrolling, the stroke axis pivots the workpiece to the rear into the handover position. The chuck releases the stamped sheet metal part, it can be removed, and an unstamped one can be placed.

According to customer requirements or the space conditions on the press, we design and manufacture the Rotomove carrier. For part removal and feeding, we also supply the robot with part magazining.

 In cooperation with press manufacturers, we also supply complete systems including stamping and embrolling tools.”
