The company’s history began in 1996. At that time, Dipl. Ing (FH) Hans Großmann founded Grossmann GmbH in D-89520 Heidenheim. After 47 years of activity in development, design, and management, Mr. Sitter and young employees took over the company.

Our customers are mainly located in Europe. For economic optimization, Grossmann Online Ltd. was founded in Malta in 2025. Subsidiaries in Germany and India are in the process of being established.

There is a division of labor between the three Grossmann companies. As a whole, this results in customer proximity and an offering of innovative, technically high-quality products at interesting prices.

Our young team develops technically high-quality modules and machines. We build these in series. Innovative custom solutions, usually based on our standard products, are also part of our offering.

In the area of Winding Technology, we supply machines and components for processing paper and film webs. For the production of car body outer skins, white goods, and round sheet metal parts (e.g., rolling bearing cages), we manufacture modules and systems.

Customers for high-tech custom solutions include, among others, manufacturers of technical fabrics. Special machines for producing security features for banknotes and security cards such as driver’s licenses and ID cards are also part of our delivery scope.

Our claim is to produce tailor-made total solutions for our customers at interesting prices.
